Jessi Wild, MS, EdS, LMHC, CCTP

Jessi is a graduate of Iowa State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Psychology degree as a 4-year student-athlete, before graduating from Indiana University-Bloomington with her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and her education specialist degree in Counselor Education. Jessi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who offers individual and family therapy for children ages 2+, adolescents, adults, and couples. She has experience working in residential, group home, school-based, crisis, and outpatient settings, and as an outpatient clinician, she has served clients in both community mental health centers and in private practice. Jessi has advanced training in Trauma-Informed Care for treating sexual, physical, and emotional abuse and neglect, medical trauma, and PTSD. Jessi frequently utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Brief Solutions Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy in her work with clients. Her clinical interests range from behavior disorders, including helping clients manage hyperactivity, anger, and defiance, to mood disorders like anxiety and depression, to supporting clients through stress, parenting challenges, grief/loss, body image/self-esteem struggles, attachment injuries, and relationship discord. Jessi spent 8 years as an outpatient clinician in a private practice. While there, she served as a clinical supervisor for a team of home-based providers and spent two years as Associate Director, helping to open a second office location, before accepting the position of State Director, where she oversaw five practice locations. She served on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Board while also remaining an active member of IARCA (Indiana Association of Resources and Child Advocacy). Jessi currently co-owns a mental health consulting business, Apex Consulting, LLC. In her personal time, Jessi is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves fitness, travel, and spending time with her son and two fur babies.

Kelli Payne, MA, LMFT, RPT™

Kelli is a Licensed Married and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist who worked in a home-based and outpatient setting for 10 years. Prior to graduate school, Kelli worked as an educator in both general education and functional academic classrooms. Since earning her Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, Kelli’s clinical interests have included supporting military families and survivors of trauma/abuse, as well as individuals navigating disability, mood disorders, and life stressors. She is a previous board member for the Indiana Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in which she organized a training for clinicians focused on assisting children and their families experiencing attachment-related challenges. Kelli has advanced training in several evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. She has experience working with children, adults, and families in a variety of clinical settings including intensive outpatient, home-based, telemedicine, and office-based practices. In addition to outreach and education, she currently co-owns a mental health consulting business, Apex Consulting, LLC. From navigating the challenges of serving multi-need populations, working with the Department of Child Services, and experiencing the obstacles presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelli is well-versed in providing high-quality, personalized services both independently and in collaboration with other professionals. In her personal life, she dedicates her time to her daughters and for personal hobbies like hiking, dancing, and competing in Spartan races.

  • Katie Consiglieri, LCSW

    Katie is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, specifically those with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD. She graduated from IU Bloomington with her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies before getting her Master’s in Social Work from IUPUI. Katie has 3 years of experience in a community mental health setting working with individuals who have co-occurring intellectual disabilities and severe mental illnesses. Katie’s clinical interests include working with neurodivergent adults and teens to help them navigate everyday life stressors, build and improve relationships, challenge societal and self-stigma, and manage symptoms. Although Katie has experience with the neurodivergent population, she also has a passion for working with people experiencing socioeconomic struggles, individuals with severe mental illnesses (such as mood disorders and psychosis), and family members and parents of neurodivergent individuals. Katie typically utilizes metacognitive therapy which aims to meet clients at their metacognitive level and help them increase their insight and understanding over time. Katie utilizes a strengths-based and client centered approach; using various interventions derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In Katie’s free time, she enjoys anything that involves dogs, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and going to concerts.

  • Laura Snyder, MS, LMFT

    Laura is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has worked in a variety of therapy settings, including residential, school-based, home-based, and office-based. Laura earned her bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University and earned her master’s degree from the University of Kentucky. Laura offers therapy for individuals (16+) and couples. Laura is a certified Discernment Counselor. She is also trained in Level 1 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Laura’s clinical interests include supporting couples as they seek to improve the health of their relationships and working alongside adolescents and adults to work through depression, anxiety, trauma, questions of self-worth, and the stressors that come with life transitions. Laura's therapy approach is strongly influenced by Brene Brown's “daring way” methods of responding to vulnerability, worthiness, and shame. Laura’s approach is consistently strength-based and rooted in systems theory. Laura utilizes techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), solution-focused, and narrative therapy models to help clients reach their goals. Outside of work as a therapist, Laura is a bridal hairstylist, and in her free time, she enjoys live music, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and their 2 children.

  • Jenna Taylor, PhD, LMHCA, NCC

    Dr. Jenna Taylor, PhD, LMHCA, NCC graduated with her doctorate degree in counseling with a specialty in play therapy from the University of North Texas. She also holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with a certification in play therapy from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and a National Certified Counselor. Prior to becoming a counselor, Dr. Taylor taught special education for five years. She works with clients across the lifespan, including children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Taylor has experience as a counselor and play therapist in private practice, community clinics, and schools. Dr. Taylor utilizes person-centered theory, Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Child-Centered Group Play Therapy (CCGPT), and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) for individual and group sessions. Dr. Taylor specializes in working with children and their families and has extensive experiences working with children with disabilities, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and trauma. She also has advanced training in working with caregivers and parents. In addition to her clinical work, she is an adjunct professor and serves on several committees and task forces for the Association for Play Therapy. Dr. Taylor values each of her clients’ stories and feels privileged for them to share their world with her. Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, and traveling. Aside from being a counselor, her favorite job is being a mom.

  • Lidia Ayad, MSW, LSW

    Lidia is a Licensed Social Worker who completed her Masters Degree in social work from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has a history of working with all ages and all levels of need. She has experience working with children through the Department of Child Services, on the Autism Spectrum, or those with behavioral challenges in school. Lidia also has several years of experience working with adults with severe mental illness in both the community and group home setting. She enjoys creating a safe and comfortable environment to support and help process any trauma, day to day struggles or needs, and advocating for self care and human rights. Lidia primarily enjoys working with teenagers and adults and helping them through their therapeutic journey.

  • Tahja Green-Carney, MSW, LSW

    Tahja is a Licensed Social Worker and received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Indianapolis, with a special focus on mental health and addictions. Tahja has experience working with women, young adults, children and families who have endured adverse life experiences. Tahja also has experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders such as mental health and substance abuse and individuals who experience depression and anxiety. Tahja has several years of experience working in a residential setting, crisis center, school-based setting, faith-based counseling and outpatient therapy. Tahja uses a client centered strengths-based approach to therapy and applies interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy TF-CBT, motivational interviewing MI, dialectical behavioral therapy DBT and attachment-based family therapy ABFT. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and most of all giving back to others.

  • Yvette Howes, LMHCA

    Yvette is a licensed therapist who has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings. With extensive experience in community mental health, school systems, assessment, and crisis work, Yvette has sought professional opportunities to gain exposure across a variety of specialties in mental health. 

    When individuals seek support in their emotional lives, it is often intimidating to take that first step toward reaching out. In a culture that demands self-reliance and immediate results, Yvette's professional goal is to create authentic therapeutic connections and client-centered interventions that are practical and easy to digest.  Yvette has a passion for helping people to "feel seen and heard," wherever they may be on their journey.

  • Arnold Plata, MSW

    Arnold has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Indiana University, focusing on mental health and addiction. He is passionate about meeting people where they are and believes every person is capable of change. He aims to create a professional therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered to make changes in their own lives. Arnold uses a client-centered and strength-based approach to encourage and support individuals to meet their goals. He has experience in a school setting, outpatient therapy, and in the community working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or behavioral concerns. Arnold uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). In his free time, he enjoys being physically active, watching movies with his two cats, and exploring the outdoors.

  • Michael Doty, MA, PhD(c), LMFT, KAP

    Michael Doty is a licensed marriage and family therapist, researcher, and educator trained in expressive arts therapy, psychedelic psychotherapy, and consciousness research. Michael has researched psychedelics and traditional plant medicines and their roles in psychology and spirituality for over 2 decades and received his certification as a ketamine-assisted psychotherapy provider in 2018. His current research focuses on minimizing risks associated with standard psychological, psychiatric, and psychedelic care protocols, the use of psychedelics for in all psychiatric diagnoses, as well as maximizing the potential of psychedelic therapies while also establishing systems of practice that provide safe and affordable access to effective treatments. 

  • Ladrienne Cage, MS, LMHCA

    Ladrienne, a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and Indiana State University, earned degrees in Psychology and Counseling. She believes in the unique value everyone contributes to therapy and seeks to enhance those inherent skills. Her therapeutic practice is a safe space for individuals to introspect, set goals, and cultivate coping strategies to navigate life’s intricate challenges. Her extensive background spans therapeutic foster care, home-based mental health services, case management, and community mental health, which informs her inclusive approach to therapy. Ladrienne’s clientele is diverse, encompassing children, teenagers, and adults from a variety of racial and cultural backgrounds. She integrates an array of therapeutic modalities, including a strengths-based framework, trauma-informed care, Theraplay techniques, ACT, CBT, and DBT, to meet the unique needs of her clients. Ladrienne’s professional interests lie in addressing anxiety, depression, transitional life events, school-related difficulties, enhancing parent-child relationships, and supporting Maternal Mental Health. Her contribution as a co-author of “School-Based Mental Health Clinics” reflects her commitment to educational success through collaboration with families and schools. Currently, she is resuming her professional pursuits after a period devoted to her growing family. Ladrienne values quality time with her blended family, traveling, reading, growing in self-care practices, and exploring her creative side through writing.

  • David Kyrie, PMHNP

    Dave Kyrie has dedicated his career to the service of others. With 19 years in healthcare, including working in hospitals, outpatient care, and service with the US Army Nurse Corps including COVID activation to New York and overseas deployment. He is dedicated to helping his clients understand and overcome the challenges in their lives using a collaborative approach that focuses on the safety and goals of the client. He works collaboratively with adults and adolescents, aged 10 years and up to treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, substance use disorders, recovery from trauma, and other behavior disruptions. He believes that all humans have inherent value, and desires to help his clients to find the value that is in their life and help them to build upon that to improve their health and quality of life. When not working here, Dave continues to be a member of the US Army Reserve, reads, writes, makes improvements to his old house, runs, and enjoys time with his wife, children, and 2 cats.

  • Arise Uwizeyimana, FNP

    Arise is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience in family medicine. Graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization, Arise brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and expertise to patient care.

    Prior to pursuing her advanced degree, Arise served as a Registered Nurse for 10 years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various healthcare settings. This solid foundation has equipped Arise with a deep understanding of patient needs and a commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care.

    Arise specializes in preventive care, managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, with a focus on mental health and wellness. Arise enjoys building long-lasting relationships with patients and providing them with personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

    While Arise has primarily focused on family medicine, she is drawn to the field of psychiatric health. Arise believes that mental health is an essential component of overall well-being.

    When not caring for patients, Arise enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her two daughters and a grandson.


  • Stephanie Luallin, PhD

    Dr. Luallin is a licensed psychologist that specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD. Dr. Luallin completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine's Riley Hospital for Children’s autism clinic. She has been working with individuals with autism and their families for over 10 years. Other areas of expertise include anxiety and mood related disorders. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University and both her Master of Arts degree in Foundations of Professional Psychology and PhD in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado (UNCO). In her personal life, Stephanie is a true lover of cats (she and her husband have 3), traveling (she has been to 20 different countries), reading, cooking vegetarian meals, and yoga.

  • Jonathan Lund, LMT - Massage Therapist

    Jonathan is a graduate of the Indiana Therapeutic Massage School and is licensed by the state of Indiana. His professional experiences include collaborating with physical therapists and chiropractors to help clients alleviate pain and achieve wellness. Jonathan integrates therapeutic healing and medical massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapies to release muscle tension, stress, and heal muscular injuries. He is a husband and father and enjoys spending time outside hiking with his dogs, mountain biking, and snowboarding. He loves seeing live bands perform too. On rainy days, you can find Jonathan buried in his favorite book or listening to music.
